David Elliott

After obtaining his degree in Maths from Manchester University, David qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1990 with the Manchester office of KPMG, where he specialised in servicing growing family businesses. He went on to spend several years in industry as a Finance Director, and has delivered courses to trainee accountants throughout the UK, Europe and South East Asia. David set up his practice in 2001 and since then he has provided a highly personal and proactive service to his clients. David enjoys playing cricket and tennis in his spare time and is married to Donna with whom he has two grown-up children.

Rachel Ezair

Rachel has been working with David since 2005 and since then has looked after all client Payroll matters. In addition to her great knowledge in this field, Rachel is a vibrant personality and has a very good relationship with clients. She performs a broad client services role, dealing with a wide range of internal organisational matters. Rachel is a qualified Accounting Technician (AAT).

Andrew Bailey

Having trained with a medium sized firm in Macclesfield, Andrew has now been in the accountancy profession for over 20 years. His experience covers many areas, including several years in office management. His skills include VAT, payroll, taxation, accounts preparation and review, human resources and IT. In his spare time Andrew enjoys camping and made his debut visit to Glastonbury in 2009!
Ellie Bailey

Ellie has many years’ experience in accountancy, having spent several of them in industry as well as in practice. She has a broad knowledge and her key roles with us are those of bookkeeping and accounts preparation. Ellie has worked with David for many years.
Donna Elliott
Donna is David's wife and works on a part-time basis, dealing with much of the firm's back-office administration. She has worked in the business with David since 2001 when he established the practice. Donna enjoys going to the gym in her spare time and doing more than her fair share of looking after two teenage children!
