Business Valuation Service

Few business owners bother valuing their business on a regular basis, yet they often say that "my business is my pension". Well, a pension provider sends you a detailed statement each year telling you what your pension fund is worth, giving you an indication of what standard of living you might expect when you reach retirement age. Surely it would be a good idea to do something similar with your business.

Our Business Valuation Service is both independent and affordable. It is carried out remotely from our office and confidentiality is guaranteed. Even the invoice which we send to you will not indicate that a valuation has been performed (just in case staff see it and start jumping to conclusions!)

The information which we will need can be posted, emailed or faxed to us and an initial brief telephone call will be all that is required to enable us to get on with preparing your valuation report.

The detailed report which you will receive will include the following:

  • Valuation of your own company illustrating in depth how we have arrived at our conclusion
  • Analysis of the company’s performance, focusing on key strengths and weakness
  • Four-year trend showing how the company’s value has changed over this period
  • Ideas on how you could increase the company's future value

We also provide the above for your ten closest competitors (you get to choose them) allowing you to benchmark your own company against them

Your report will be emailed to you as a PDF file within five working days of us receiving all the information which we need from you. Following dispatch of your report we will contact you by telephone should you wish to discuss the results.

So why not contact us now by completing our Business Valuation Form or emailing us at david@davidelliottassociates.co.uk. David will call you personally to discuss your requirements and explain exactly what we will need from you to take things forward.

At just £295 plus VAT our Business Valuation Service represents excellent value. And, because we think that you should carry out this exercise each year, there’s an incentive to do so as we will discount your second and subsequent annual valuations by 25%.

Your business is one of, if not your most valuable asset. So surely you should know what it is worth and, vitally, how best to further increase its value. We look forward to hearing from you.
